Working in the Outdoor living industry for over 20 years our owner Paul Helen has made dozens and dozens of contacts within the industry. Over the two decades Paul has heard time and time again of the horror stories of clients and contractors falling out and projects becoming a nightmare for both client and contractors. Recognizing a gap in the market for a company that fully understands the needs of both client and contractor in order to make a success of a project. We are in a unique position to put our skills to use and help both clients and contractors come together and complete the project with very little stress.
We have in-house furniture makers, lighting design experts and landscape design teams ready to work with you and your contractors to complete a one stop shop experience.

⁃ A project manager will Meet with you in person or via telephone/zoom and find out in detail what your project needs are.
⁃ They will then tailor a custom outdoor living plan with concept board for you and again present either in person or via zoom
⁃ Your living plan will include a sketch and a concept board that is adjusted to your needs as the project plan starts to grow. It will also come with a list of licensed and insured contractors which are again tailored to your specific needs. The advantages of allowing us to connect you with contractors is that we have personal relationships with them forged over years of work, we know their personalities, we know their styles and we know their end products. Connecting all this information together we will help you choose the perfect contractor allowing you to save time and money and get the perfect end result. Thus removing one of the largest stresses in remodeling or building an outdoor space.

The purpose of the concierge service is to provide the client with a stress-free, No nonsense home improvement project. Utilizing our 20 years of experience in outdoor living solutions becomes extremely valuable not only in time saved but most importantly it allows the client to really enjoy and be involved with the project in a fun innovative way.
